The club in Luleå that has triathlon under its wings is Lulekamraterna and is thus a natural partner. For triathlon, Total Immersion is particularly well suited for its energy-efficient swimming. It is important to be as alert and fresh as possible when you get on your bike.
"You can not win a triathlon race while swimming…, but you can easily lose it…!"
