Courses
We provide a number of basic and advanced courses in Total Immersion. The courses are aimed at those who want to learn how to swim crawl in an energy-efficient way. You will learn to swim in a complex and synchronized way where the strong and enduring core muscles are used to a large extent. It can be said that these are no ordinary crawl courses. They are like otherwise. The courses will include elements on swimming in open water.
We run on Wednesdays every other week to provide space for more self-training and work for seven weeks. Two groups are planned. To get the most out of everyone, we will if possible try to get as homogeneous groups as possible.
